Experience
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales leadership, exceeding sales targets and building high-performing teams focused on technology solutions for the Builder & Developer segment
- Proven track record of selling PropTech solutions within the Builder & Developer segment for Corporate Real Estate
- Experience in selling into a Facilities function of Corporate Real Estate within the segment is preferred
- Experience selling SaaS solutions, particularly in Sustainability & Facility Management a plus
- Deep understanding of the Builder & Developer sales cycle, especially the unique challenges faced by Facilities decision-makers in construction and development projects
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers within the Builder & Developer segment
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve their full potential
- Data-driven approach to sales, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and forecasting
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive the adoption of Sustainability & Facility Management solutions for the Builder & Developer segment
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team that exceeds sales targets and objectives
- Identify and qualify new leads within the Builder & Developer segment
- Manage and close deals with key decision-makers
- Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and knowledge
- Develop strong relationships with industry partners and influencers in the Sustainability and Facility management space
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with MBA (or equivalent experience)
