Technology Sales Leader – Builder & Developer Segment

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales leadership, exceeding sales targets and building high-performing teams focused on technology solutions for the Builder & Developer segment
  • Proven track record of selling PropTech solutions within the Builder & Developer segment for Corporate Real Estate
  • Experience in selling into a Facilities function of Corporate Real Estate within the segment is preferred
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions, particularly in Sustainability  & Facility Management a plus
  • Deep understanding of the Builder & Developer sales cycle, especially the unique challenges faced by Facilities decision-makers in construction and development projects
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers within the Builder & Developer segment
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve their full potential
  • Data-driven approach to sales, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and forecasting

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive the adoption of Sustainability & Facility Management solutions for the Builder & Developer segment
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team that exceeds sales targets and objectives
  • Identify and qualify new leads within the Builder & Developer segment
  • Manage and close deals with key decision-makers
  • Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Develop strong relationships with industry partners and influencers in the Sustainability and Facility management space
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with MBA (or equivalent experience)
